- Stenographers: Bachelor Degree of Arts or Science, pass a test at a speed of 80 W.P.M. in English shorthand and 20 W.P.M. in the transcription of the same, and having proficiency in operation of computers (Word processing and Spread Sheet) or equivalent from a recognized University.
- Driver: Middle Pass with Punjabi/Hindi as one of the subjects or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University/Institution.
